The management reserves the right to withdraw or alter any of the facilities at any time without prior notice. Guests are also informed that rides, shows and attractions may be closed, temporarily withdrawn or otherwise unavailable at any time for technical operational reasons, capacity or inclement weather.

The Management at Pleasure Island would like to ensure your safety and enjoyment. Parents should ensure that small children are supervised at all times and never try to use rides from which they are prohibited due to height restrictions. Unfortunately, not all attractions are suitable for all guests and each has strict operating requirements, which our staff have to follow for health and safety reasons. Please do not ask staff to break these rules; they are there for YOUR safety and for the safety of OTHERS. Our rides have information boards located at the entrances. It is the responsibility of all our guests to observe and obey any and all instructions on these boards and within this guide before deciding to ride. Several rides are unsuitable for guests with heart, neck or back conditions, motion sickness, any other pre-existing condition, or expectant mothers, and we strongly recommend that guests who have had recent surgery or an injury do not ride certain attractions and guests do not engage in activities which are beyond their ability or physical capacity. Your safety is our prime concern, we therefore reserve the right to refuse admission to a ride should we feel there is a danger to a particular individual or individuals for whatever reason. We do hope that you understand and accept the decisions made in the interests of your safety.

Restraining bars, safety belts or other passenger devices should not be tampered with. Please ensure you stay seated at all times, with your arms and legs inside the carriage. No loose items, food or drink should be taken onto the rides. Any items left at the operator stations are left at the owners risk. Pleasure Island does not accept any responsibility for personal property. Smoking is permitted on the park but not in any enclosed areas, including retail or catering outlets and show arenas. Nor is it permitted on the rides or in ride queues.

Any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the management to eject the ticket holder from the premises without a refund.
